Refund & Cancellation Policy

Caribbean & Kitchen Ltd is a pre-order food business. Because all meals are made fresh to order in limited quantities, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before your selected delivery or collection slot. To cancel, please contact us at kitchen@caribbeanandkitchen.com. If your cancellation is received within this window, your payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before your slot cannot be accepted, as preparation will have already begun.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. If your order arrives in a condition that is not fit for consumption, or there is an error with your order, please contact us at kitchen@caribbeanandkitchen.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to put it right.

Food safety

Allergen information for all dishes is available on our ordering platform before you complete your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the dishes you order are suitable for your dietary requirements. Caribbean & Kitchen Ltd cannot accept liability for reactions arising from undisclosed dietary requirements.
