Like many times before, Gail had said she wanted to make food that
sings. Food that makes you soar, that leaves you grinning with every
bite, that makes you want to kiss the chef on sight.

And on this particular day, Ariella daringly said, “Alright then.
Let’s do it.”

And so they did.

They knew exactly what they wanted to make: clean, easy, fresh
Caribbean food. No gimmicks. No tired tropes. No sunshine-in-every-bite kind of spiel. Just good food you would want to return to again and again.

Caribbean & Kitchen is a small family kitchen based in West London,
serving simple, delicious Caribbean heritage dishes, where the
flavours are allowed to speak for themselves.

It’s simple. We love food, we love the Caribbean, and we want to
share that love with you.
